What is North American-European Union Farm Leaders Conference?
The NA/EU Farm Leaders Conference is a semi-annual event that brings together farm leaders from the European Union and North America to discuss the pressing issues affecting agriculture and to collaborate and share ideas in order to work towards solutions.
CFA is proud to be hosting this year’s event in beautiful Prince Edward Island from September 12-14, 2023. The NA/EU Agricultural Conference brings together approximately 250 representatives from EU Member States, as well as from Canada, Mexico and the United States of America, who will discuss the challenges and opportunities of the agricultural sector. With so many developments in policy areas of mutual interest within the agricultural sector (e.g., international trade, innovation and technology, agricultural economic, sustainability, policy developments, market trends and consumer trends), the conference will provide a platform for constructive debate which will benefit farmers and their organizations.
There will also be side-events and entertainment to enjoy, such as farm tours, a reception and gala and much more. Feel free to arrive early and stay late to enjoy all there is that PEI has to offer.
